  • Customers can cancel their services without obligation up to 24 hours before the service date.
  • No cancellation fees will be applied for cancellations within this time frame.
• General conditions: 
  • Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service.
  • Cancellations or refunds requested less than 24 hours before the service will not be eligible.

 Post-Service Billing and Customer Satisfaction Procedure:

  • You can pay the invoice either by credit card using our secure online system, or at the time of service.

• Payment Instructions:
  
  • If you choose to pay by card, detailed instructions will be included in the electronic invoice you will receive after the service.
  •  For payment in cash, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of service. 

• Online payment:
  
  • After booking online, payment will be made online at the time of booking to ensure availability of services.

• Post-Service Billing:
  
  • Full billing will be processed after service is provided.
  • Customers will receive a detailed invoice by email after the service.

• Satisfaction Check:
  
  • After the service, we will check your satisfaction with our services.
  • If problems arise, we remain at your disposal to resolve them and ensure your complete satisfaction.

• Adjustments in the Event of Dissatisfaction:
